What should I wear for my massage?

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Most guests prefer loose, comfortable clothing. For Thai Massage, we provide traditional spa attire. For oil-based massages, you will be professionally draped with sheets at all times, and we recommend bringing a change of clothes if you prefer.

Do I need to book in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot and therapist. For weekend bookings, we suggest scheduling 2–3 days ahead.

What health conditions should I inform you about?

Please inform us of any injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or medical conditions before your treatment. Our therapists will adapt the session accordingly or recommend the most suitable therapy for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee.

Do you offer couple or group packages?

Yes! We offer couple massage packages and group wellness experiences. Our dual treatment room is perfect for partners, friends, or corporate groups. Contact us for customized group pricing.

We are located on the 4th floor of Vijetha Syamala Prestige, right above Haldiram, next to Moosarambagh Metro Station in Malakpet, Hyderabad. Ample parking is available. You can also reach us easily by metro, auto-rickshaw, or cab. Find us on the map in our contact section below.
